Financial Consulting
This service involves an analysis of your financial information and the proposal of actions to be taken. It can be extended to include the implementation of proposed actions recommended and the monitoring of the effectiveness of the actions implemented.

The analysis involves reviewing your financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, age analysis, etc) and identifying areas of underperformance. Then the reasons for underperformance are determined and corrective actions are developed.

This is can be done once off or on an ongoing basis.

Practice Analysis
Practice analysis involves understanding how your practice is set-up and where changes can be made to improve performance.

This involves investigating the set-up of your practice’s branches, departments, the allocation of staff to those branches and departments and the volumes and types of work done by those departments in relation to the nature of work and services your firm offers. We then determine if your practice is set-up to optimally perform the services you offer and accurately measure and manage work. This would include the nature, format and timing of your reporting to clients.

Once we have analysed your practice, we will recommend changes to enhance your firm’s performance. Again we can assist you to implement the changes recommended.

This service can be performed once , but should be periodically reviewed to ensure that your practice set-up optimally (as changes to your business are inevitable).

Staff Management
Staff management involves determining how productive and efficient staff are and how they can be better managed to improve the practice’s overall performance.

This service involves assessing your staff’s competence and experience in relation to the work they perform. It also involves and assessment of how productive they are based on the volume of work they deliver. We further investigate if the duties assigned to staff are assigned to the staff members best suited to perform these duties.

Interventions to ensure staff are optimally used included training and the reassignment of work- we also help you develop tools and matrices to better manage your team.

Business Process Optimisation
Business processes optimisation is an analysis of your practice’s business processes and how they can be changed to improve performance.

It involves documenting how work is currently performed (manual work done as well as electronic tools used), defining how work should be done and then implementing the recommended changes.

It will result in a change in the way work is done in the practice and should involve reducing the reliance on some tools and staff. Once your business processes are optimised your firm will be able to deliver the same volume of work in a shorter time- allowing you to increase the volume of work your firms delivers.

Mentoring
Mentoring involves working with staff to improve the way they work. We will assign a highly experienced member of our team to a specific member of your staff- our resource will then work one-on-one with your team member over a defined period of time to ensure that your staff member develops into a valued resource and executes his/her functions as best possible.
